Highly Recommend Cushing Heating And Air Conditioning

“Yesterday, while filing, I came across 2 Invoices for the same work done - one by Cushing in March 2014 and one by another heating company in Nov 2011. I was able to do a direct comparison, which was fun.


While our old company took 2.5 hours to replace our Ignition Module, Derek (Cushing) only billed us for 2 hours labour (although, while he was here, he also replaced our Flame Sensor and HSI - and he drove to Cambridge to pick up the parts without billing for that additional time). Our old company also billed us at $15 more per hour - meaning that, in this case, we paid $80 more for (what was essentially less) labour. The Ignition Module creating the problem was also $60 cheaper when purchased through Cushing, so the final bill was much cheaper.


Also, when the module stopped functioning on a freezing Friday night in March, our usual company didn't even return our message until Saturday morning - by which point, Derek had already been and gone.


When he couldn't complete the work on site, at the time, he provided us with space heaters to make sure we stayed as warm as possible. He arrived with the part before the kids even left for school on Monday morning - exhausted from having worked right through the weekend in other freezing homes - and hoping to head home to bed. But first, he made sure he hooked up his personal industrial heater to get the temperature back up to liveable standards as quickly as possible.
